Pin Mill System (P.M.S)

When a process of comminution is required by powder mixing, thi pin mill system is used to pass through the material between fixed pins anhd high-speed rotating pins,and force it into comminution.The P.M.S is also used for dispersive mixing during micro-mixing.In particular, this pin mill system is ideally suitable for mixing powder with soliid additives (i.e., margarine) or cement motar wuth fiber or glass wool.

*When using the F.D.B and P.M.S the non-gravity mixer is overfilled with the material up to 120 to 140 percent.
